Shipping Policy

1) We always strive to deliver products to the right customer at the right time, with minimal OR no effort from our customer so leave all your shipping requirements on us and enjoy hassle-free services.

2) We have partnered with some of the most reputed shipping services providers like DTDC, Indian Post, Nandan, Anjani Currier, Delivery, Speed Post,  and more, who provide prompt delivery.

3) Shipping charges are based on the customer’s location and the total weight of the products in order, but as we mentioned earlier we are always working towards the most economical yet quality service providers and we assure you that the shipping rates at any time are the best possible subsidized rates.

4) If you [customer] refuse to accept the parcel from the delivery person OR local customs office, OMIOSAM. Will not be responsible in any manner, Customer is responsible to complete any necessary steps required by delivery company OR customs office [if required].

5) Normal delivery time 4-15 working days after the payment is confirmed unless and until we have promised early delivery under any offer, and if you have ordered any custom order it might take up to 25 working days in processing.

6) There is a possibility that you have to replace OR accept the refund of 10% to 15% of products from your order due to non-availability OR defects, which will be acceptable to you. And OMIOSAM will not be liable for 100% availability.

7) If you want your order to be shipped to different addresses, we strongly suggest you divide it and place each order separately. If you need a few products to be shipped on an urgent basis [subject to availability] we will divide it into multiple shipments and ship according to your advice.

8) If any customs duty OR any other service charge OR fees are applicable on your parcel, you might get billed separately for it from the delivery company OR you might have to visit local government body OR customs office for the clearance, NOTE THAT SUCH DUTIES, TAXES, AND SERVICE CHARGES ARE NOT PART OF THE PAYMENT MADE TO US, AND CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY OR RESOLVE ANY SUCH SITUATION ON HIS/HER OWN.

9) If you provide the wrong OR erroneous shipping address, you will be responsible for the further collection of your parcel and if you want us to re-route it to the correct address then it will charge extra and will get a new shipping connection only after we receive all the charges.

11) In the case of refunds OR returns shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Item Availability:

Though we continuously aim to deliver the chosen products to you, there are times when we aren’t able to fulfill some of your needs due to the unavailability of the product at the warehouse. This happens mainly when the products are sold out or out of stock. In the case of such a situation, we encourage our customers to select the next best option. If customers do not find an alternative that makes them as excited as their initial choice, we regretfully yet promptly offer store credit for use in a future order.
